Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using MediVerify AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of service
MediVerify AI provides an AI-powered medical claim auditing platform that allows organizations to upload, verify, and analyze billing claims for overbilling, errors, and compliance issues.
3. Free trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the platform. No payment method is required to start the trial. After the trial period, access is restricted until a paid subscription is activated or your account is granted access by a platform administrator.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed through ZionPE. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You will receive an email confirmation and invoice after each successful payment.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of HIPAA. You agree not to upload data you do not have authorization to process, reverse engineer or exploit the platform, or share account credentials with parties outside your organization.
6. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload. By uploading, you grant MediVerify AI a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. We do not use your claim data to train AI models or for any purpose outside of delivering the platform.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided as is without warranties of any kind. MediVerify AI does not guarantee that audit results are complete or error-free. The platform is a decision-support tool and does not constitute legal, medical, or compliance advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediVerify AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing section of the platform. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
